- Hi, my name is Kelly. I'm a mother, daughter, sister, friend, artist, goof ball, just trying to live a happy life and leave a little love in the world before I go. I grew up in So. California. I was always drawing or painting or creating something when I was a kid. Making art has always brought me peace. I think I would go crazy if I didn't keep creating! I'm officially an empty nester now, so I decided it was time to take my art out into the world! Yikes! I'm very excited to see what my future holds! We'll see! ReplyDeleteFor some reason I felt drawn to your website, after seeing the things you talk about on Facebook. We never knew each other very well, but I always admired your demeanor and how at ease you felt with the world. Reading your blogs have really helped me - you have been through so much but have handled it so well. I, too, have been fighting depression, and the empty nest syndrome is something that I think we women have always kept to ourselves, going through self-imposed isolation because we feel that no one can really understand. Your words are beautiful, and I wish you the best in your upcoming adventure. Take care...... Kathy Hereford
