This is my newest painting in progress. I actually pulled out an old, unfinished painting of mine from about a year ago, and started re working it. It will be called...WHE SANG A LULLABY TO THE MOON

- Hi, my name is Kelly. I'm a mother, daughter, sister, friend, artist, goof ball, just trying to live a happy life and leave a little love in the world before I go. I grew up in So. California. I was always drawing or painting or creating something when I was a kid. Making art has always brought me peace. I think I would go crazy if I didn't keep creating! I'm officially an empty nester now, so I decided it was time to take my art out into the world! Yikes! I'm very excited to see what my future holds! We'll see! Love your art! I'm in Hillsboro...found your link on Christy's blog. I have seen your work in the magazines. Do you teach classes in the area? I would love to learn some of your secrets. LOL! I am a stay at home mom, and have lupus, arthritis, and fibromyalgia, oh and congestive heart failure. I have been focusing on scrapbooking the last 10 years, but in the last year, I have been trying to get my creative ART self back. I have a BA in Art Studio, specializing in Printmaking. I have been doing alot of ATCs lately.
